Hi, my name is Tim Dyke and I have been a land surveyor and setting out engineer for over 30 years. I qualified as an air tightness tester 15 years ago and sound tester 10 years ago.

For over 20 years I have lived in Inverness and worked throughout the Highlands.

In 2008 I established Geodata Survey Ltd and provide topographic surveys and setting out, and added air testing and sound testing to the repertoire at a later date.

I provide a reliable and cost effective and friendly service for whatever your survey, setting out, and testing needs may be.
